Terms & Conditions

All laundry must be placed in securely tied bags. Bags that are torn, leaking, or excessively overstuffed may be refused or counted as multiple bags at our discretion.
Items heavily soiled with feces, urine, vomit, or other biohazard materials are not accepted.
All garments are washed in cold water unless otherwise requested at the time of scheduling.
Customers must notify us in advance of any delicate, specialty, or high-value items requiring special care.
Laundry by Nea uses commercial-grade equipment and washes each customer’s laundry separately from others. While we handle all items with care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items requiring special handling not disclosed at booking, normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects.
Laundry by Nea is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. Customers agree to release, indemnify, and hold Laundry by Nea harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services.

Customers must place scheduled pickup bags outside in a visible and accessible location by 9:00 AM on the scheduled pickup date.
Pickup times may vary throughout the day based on route scheduling and availability. While we aim for timely service, specific pickup times are not guaranteed.
If laundry is not available at the time of arrival, the pickup may be rescheduled.
Standard service includes next-day delivery by 6:00 PM following pickup.

Scheduled pickups must be canceled by 6:00 AM on the day of the scheduled pickup.
Cancellations made after 6:00 AM may be subject to a service fee at our discretion.

All sales are final. Laundry by Nea does not offer refunds once services have been completed.
By scheduling a pickup or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
